The meeting was called to order at 10:00 A.M.
The clerk mead the notice of the Annual Meeting of Association of
Towns on February 6th, 7th and 8th, 1967 as prepared by the
Association of Towns.

RESOLUTION TO SET TOWN BOARD MEETINGS
RESOLUTION N0, 1, Introduced by Mr. Beaty, seconded by Mr. Turner.
RESOLVED, that the regular meetings of, the Towp Boftrd of the
Town-of -Queensbury, shall be held on the second and fourth Thursday
of each month thereafter at 8:00 p.m. at the Queensbury Town Office
Building, on the Bay and Haviland Roads, Town of, Queensbury,
and be it further
! RESOLVED, that all remaining Thursdays be reserved for special
meetings unless concelled by proper notice.

notices of the Town of Queensbury.

RESOLUTION TO RETAIN THE TOWN SURVEYOR
RESOLUTION NO. 6, Introduced by Mr. Turner, seconded by Mr. Robertson.
RESOLVED that, John B. Van Duseii, -of- the Town of Queensbury, . be
retained as"TOOK Surveyorc of the Town of Queensburry for the. ftscaal
year of 1967 at an annual compensation of $3,000.00 and that -the
Supervisor be and he hereby is authorized to execute on behalf of
the Town a contract with John B, Van Dusen for such services.
RESOLVED, that inl addition to the services provided by such-contract,
the Town "Board, 'employ said John B. Van Dusein to perform other services
as may be required which will involve the employment by him of ,persons
to assist in compiling of data, drafting and similar work, and that the
Town reimburse John B. Van Duseii for such additional work and, expenses
in connection -therewith during the fiscal year of 1961T.but not -to
exceed in the aggregate the sum of $1,000.00 which reimbursement shall
be made only upon itemized and certified vouchers therefore aduited
by the Town Board.

RESOLVED, ;that purchase -of materials, supplies and tools for the
highway -department maybe made by the Town Superintendent of Highways
without the .prior approval of the Town Board where the cost thereof
does not exceed an aggregate of $500.00 during the fiscal year.

RESOLUT-ION TOUT QRIZE, URCHASE OF SAND AND GRAVEL
RESOLUTION NO. 8, Introduced by- Mr. Turner, ,seconded by Mr, Robertson.
RESOLVED, -that, the Town Board authorizes the Town Superintendent of
Highways to purchase needed sand and gravel for use on the Town Highways
at a cost thereof not to exceed $.10 per yard.
