The purpose of the visit was to inspect the wastewater system under construction. Site observations included the following: - Septic tank and pump chamber were installed. Effluent pump was installed and connected to the force main, Distribution box was in place. - Absorption trenches were constructed with perforated pipe and stone. Granular fill was in place. The purpose of the visit was to inspect the wastewater system under construction. Site observations included the following: - Septic tank and pump chamber were installed. - Effluent pump was installed and connected to the force main. - Distribution box was in place. Absorption trenches were constructed with perforated pipe and stone. Granular fill was in place. Trench bottom appeared to be at approximate original grade. d. - ` REC'D J U N 6 2005 It is my understanding that you verified pump operation and alarm functions. Based on the site visit and observations, it is my opinion the system was constructed in accord with the approved design drawings. I have attached several pictures.
