Supervisor Webster greeted the following visitors: ° Annette Jessen Visitor-, Juliette Ellingsworth - League of Women Voters Harold Rathbun Visitor' T Harold Rathbun Jr - Visitor - Thomas K. Flaherty - Superintendent of Queenbury Water LeRoy Phillips - Chief of Police Florence Mcllvaine4.: The Post Star Mrs. Jessen was granted the floor. A' question was raised 'as to the decision on locatftg� property lines on Lawton Road. Supervisor Webster discussed the result of art recent survey which was made by the Town Engineer.= - Further WM Webster stated that a7 meeting will be arranged 6W the 'site as soon as weather permits with all interested property owners taking part. The minutes of the meeting of March "99 1967 were' approved.: Carried unanimously. A notice was received and placed on file from the Hudson River Valley 6omoaission which announced future- public hearings on -its Proposed rules, and regulations for reviewing ,projects along the river. ' The minutes of the Recreation Commission were received and placed on file. The completed agreement with the Youth Employment Service was received for filing by the clerk. A notice was received from the Warren County Civil Defense' office ` which announced,a a Surplus Warehouse• for purchases by. Municipalities at Albany, New York. Supervisor Webster announced that the Chief of Police has requested the appointment of additional. Special Policeman in his department. A monthly report -was received from the Intermunicipal Joint P4blic Water Survey Committee. The report of the Building Inspector for the mopth of Feb ru ar , 1967 was received and placed on file. Mr. Warren Bennett visited the meeting at this tiuke. A discussion ensued with members of the Town Board taking part on the proposal -for additional street lighting at the entrances of the Town Office Building.
