WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve two (2) audits of bills
presented as Warrants with run dates of July 24th and August 2' 2018 and payment dates of July
th and August 7th
24 , 2018 respectively,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Warrants with run
dates of July 24th and August 2' 2018 and payment dates of July 24th and August 7th, 2018 totaling
$49,238.15 and $1,400,983.97 respectively, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
