Supervisor Webster requested a statpTrplit from any person in
opposition to the granting of the permit.
There were none.

The Supervisor invited a statement from any persons in favor of the
granting of the permit.
1,irs. Bertha Naatz stated that the location as proposed for the
mobile home is a nart of land owned. by Kp-nnetb 8- Bertha Naatz and
that same will be deeded to Mr. Ar Mrs. David ^Commendo.
The Publi.c Hearing closed at 7 :40 p. m.
Sunervisor Webster stated that following a consensus of opinion
from all members of the Town Board ,, the permit will be granted at
a later time during this meeting.
Mr. Harold Rathbun questioned the Town. Board as to whether or not
a Permit for 1.ocation. of a mobile home is transferable from one
person to another.
The minutes of the meeting of March 10, 1966 were approved.

The clerk presented an application for a Junk Yard license as
received from Mr. Leon Dean. The application and the $10.00 fee
was presented to the Supervisor.

Councilman Robertson discussed the construction of a building to
house the recently ;purchased Pay Loader which is to be used at the
Refuse Disposal Area of the Town of Queensbury.

Mr. Charles Denny, Mr. Sidney VanN.zsen and Mr. Frank Cowles members
of the PineView Cemetery Commission visited the meeting at this time.
Mr. Paul Cushing, Architect and Mr. . Frank Scoville, caretaker were
also present.
Mrs. Harry Noyes, Mrs. Loretta. Anderson and Miss Elizabeth Renner_
visited the meeting at this time. The group were representing the
National Farm and Garden Club - nueen.sbur_v Branch.
Supervisor.Webster proceeded to make a proclamation declaring; the
week of March 20th through March 26th, 1966, as National Wildlife TAleek.
The Supervisor discussed the activity of the Farm & Garden Club
at this time.
Members of the PineView Cemetery Commission were greeted. by the
Supervisor at this time. Mr. Sidney VanDusen was granted the floor.
The result of the recent receipt of bids for construction of a
new garage and office at the site of the PineView Cemetery was discussed.
Mr. VanDusen recommended the acceptance of the low-bid of $17,500.00 as
presented by Mr. Francis T. Collins for the construction of the
building. A formal request was presented to the Town Board for an
increase in the Present budget. of the PineView Cemetery.

Supervisor. Webster, stated that the Town Board has reached agreement,
that the necessary $6000.00 will be forthcoming to insure the increase
needed to complete construction of the building.
A further_ lengthy discussion ensued on the rresent Junk Yard operations

RESOLUTION TO, AMEND AUDIT OF CLAIMS
RESOLUTION NO. 65, introduced by Mr. Beater, seconded by Mr. Turner.
WHEREAS audit # 344 as approved under abstract number 66-3 dated
3/1.0,/66 in the amount of $62.22 included an item for state tax
in the a.wnount of $1.22, and the tom i.,s exempt from paying this
tax, therefore be it
RESOLVED that the amount allowed ender audit # 344 is hereby
corrected to $61.00 and that t?^.e total. n-nouns of Abstract #66-3
is hereby reduced by the amount of $1. 22.

RESOLUTION TO UTHORIZE PERMIT FOR MOBILE HOME
RESOLUTION NO. 66 , introduced by Mr. Lampson, seconded by Mr. Turner.
WHEREKAS, David and Barbara Commendo of Michigan Avenue, West Glens
Falls, has made application in accordance with paragraph. 2 (c)
Section4, of an ordinance of the Town, of Queenshury entitled :
ORDINANCE FOR THE REGULATION OF MOBILE HOMES and MOBILE HOME COURTS
IN THE T014N OF QUEENSBURY, WAR?R.rN COUNTY, NEW YORK, to locate a
mobile home outside of a duly licensed mobile home court at property
situated on Wisconsin Avenue, West Glens Falls, New York,, and
FNB3EREAS, this town ^board' has' conducted a public hearing in= connect-
ion with said application and has heard all persons desiring to be
heard in favor of or against said application, and
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined that the facts presented in said
application and at said public hearing; are sufficient to authorize
the issuance of the permit requested by said application, for the
fol.low•,7ing; reasons:
There were no` persons in appearances in opposition., It was the,
dAci_si_on of the Town Board that property values in the area will
not be adversly effected by the granting of the permit, therefore
be it
RESOLVED, that pursuant to the provisions of the above mentioned
ordinance, permission is hereby given to David and Barbara
Commendo of Michigan Avenue, West Glens Falls, New York to
locate a mobile home outside of a licensed mobile home court at
property situated at Wisconsin Avenue, West Glens Falls, and that
the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to issue such
"hermit in accordance with the terms and conditions of said a
ordinance.
