RESOLVED that, the Audit of Claims as listed in Abstract #66-6A
numbered #573 through #662 - inclusive and totaling $38,515.45 is
hereby approved.
Duly adopted by the following vote:
Ayes - Mr. Beaty, Mr. Turner, Mr. Lampson, Mr. Robertson and Mr. Webster
Noes - None
A letter was read and placed on file from the State of New York,
Department of Health, which discussed at length the operation of
Queensbury Water District at this time.

The Town Board met at the site of a highway problem in the locality
of Dunhams Bay Lodge on Lake George, at 7:15 p.m. The site was
viewed by the board to discuss the placement of obstruction on the
road edge to restrict parking of vehicles who are hauling boats to
be unloaded at the- Lake shore. General agreement was reached by
the members of the Town Board that legal action will be necessary
in order to reach an amicable decision. to satisfy both Mr. Fred Alexy
owner of Dunhams Bay Lodge and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Pensel the owners
of the Dunhams Bay Boat Company.
An application which was presented- to the- Town Board on June 9, 1966,
from a Mr. James Collier to locate a mobile home on Assembly Point
for a period of one year was the basis for a visit to the site by
the members of the Town Board. Action on the application will take
place following receipt of opinions from neighbors and also from
members of the Lake George Park Commission. -
Discussion ensued on the application of Mrs. ..Joyce Perry to locate
a mobile home on Ma.ssachusets Avenue, West Glens Falls, New York.
The board members agreed that after having viewed the location for
the mobile home, the permit should be issued at a later date.

I have obtained the cost of removing the trees and house from

the right of way at Ames Place from Robert O'Connor. The amount
is $800.00.
I am enclosing a check for this amount, to be held in escrow
until the building is removed which will be done within 3 months,
as suggested by Mr. Bernard Codner, Toum Highway Superintendent.

RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT DEED FOR A T014N HIGHWAY
RESOLUTION NO. 143, Introduced by Mr. . Turner, seconded by Mr. Lampson.
WHEREAS, this board adopted Resolution # 251 on October 28, 1965,
which provided for the relocation of Ames Place, subject to the
completion of certain work acceptable to the Town. Superintendent
of Highways by the Griffin Lumber Company on the relocated
Ames Place, and
WFERF.AS, Bernard J. Codner, Superintendent of Highways, has
advised this board that he recommends the acceptance of the
relocated Ames Place on condition that the subdivider, the
Griffin Lumber Company, deposit with the Town of Queensbury
the sum of $800. to guarantee the completion within three months
of this date, of certain work remai-ning on the proposed right
of way,
RESOLVED, that the deed from Griffin Lumber Company to the above
described road ',e wnd tic sage rs hereby accent.--d and approved
and that the Town ClerR is hereby authorized and directed to
cause said deed to be recorded in the Warren County Clerks Office
and then filed in the office of the Town Clerk, and be it further
RESOLVED, that the following town road is hereby added to the
official inventory of town highways, and described as follows:
