Following discussion by all members of the 'town board; the following —
resolution was adopted:
RESOLUTION N0. 110 introduced by Mr. Robertson, seconded by
Mr. Turner.
WHEREAS after discussion on the matter of accepting the bid of
Henry J. Sleight to supply the Town of Queensbury with copper
materials for the Queensbury Water District, it was therefore
RESOLVED, that the bid of Henry J. Sleight should be opened and
read aloud and that the same bid should be considered on the same
basis as all others.
Duly adopted by the following vote:
Ayes - Mr. Beaty, Mr. Turner, Mr. Lampson, Mr. Robertson and Mr. Webster

foreign or domestic governmental authority, war conditions in this or
any foreign country, accidents, delays by railways or other methods of
transportation, reduction of 'our supply of such products or containers

and Cities Service Premium gasoline. The regular gasbiine 'carries
an octane rating of 95 plus, premium gasoline 101 plus octane rating.
Gasoline is to be delivered from 'our storage facilities in Glens Falls.
Our bid for regular gasoline will be based on Cities Service Oil Co. ,
current posed dealer tank wagon price at time of delivery less .01(,'---
one cent--per gallon. At'the'present writing your price will be .134
per gallon net, tax excttnded. Premium gasoline will be .0350 above
price for regular gasoline.
In case of emergencies, our deliveries to you will be available

Superintendent of Highways, Bernard J. Codn_er recommended that the
bids all be tabled at this' time. With the fact evident that no '
b*d was presented according to specifications. The Superintendent
intends to study the possible purchase of gasoline under State
Contract. Action on the matter will take place at a later date.
A motion was made by Councilman Robertson and seconded by
Councilman Turner that the bids as received be tabled.
Carried unanimously. '
Superintendent of the Queensbury Water District, Thomas`'K.: Flaherty
recommended that the bid of LeValley McLeod, Inc. ; be accepted for
supplying materials for the Water Department.
RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR THE QUEENSBURY
WATER DEPT.
RESOLUTION NO. 111, introduced by Mr. Beaty, seconded by Mr. Turner.
WHEREAS, this board has invited sealed bids to furnish the (�1eensbury
Water Department with material for use in the water department' as
specified in the notice to bidders, and
WHEREAS, the bid of LeValley McLeod Inc. , appears to be the lowest
responsible bidder for supplying the materials as specified in the
notice to bidders, now therefore be it
RESOLVED that the bid of LeValley McLeod Inc. , to furnish materials
to the Queensbury Water Department is hereby accepted and approved
at the total price in the amount of $1,247.55.

Mr. Kenneth Linton of the Bay Road and Mr. & Mrs. Norman Fergesenn
of the Bay Road section were greeted by the Supervisor at this time.

Supervisor Webster announced the public discussion,as planned by the
Town Board. The subject of the discussion has to do with the decision
on the proper location for the Town Office Building.
Supervisor.Webster. stated enlightening facts for the benefit_of .the
visitors on all aspects of the plans, which have been formulated up
to this date.- The- two 16cations which are :being considered were .
studied by the use of a recently prepared extra large map of the
Town of Queensbury. The supervisor discussed the anticipated cost
of the construction and at the. same time explained that the town has
the necessary funds on hand at this time.
The minutes of the meeting of May 13, 1965 were discussed and approved
as amended. Carried unanimously.
As a result of the 'discussion mentioned above, Mr. Ferguson stated
that he did not feel that a metai' building similiar bv�Bntlar
would be practical. Mr. Ferguson stated also that he hopes the-
construction of:&-the Town Office Building will be accomplished in a
manner to blend with the construction of the Adirondack College
Buildings.
Mr. Kenneth Linton questioned the board as to the size of the proposed
construction, Mr Linton voiced complete approval of thOenture and
he urged that the- town-board- act favorably� on the Bay Road location.
RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE ATTENDANCE AT TRAINING SCHOOL
RESOLUTION 112, introduced- by Mr. Robertson, seconded by Mr, Lampson.
RESOLVED, that the Superintendent of Highways, Bernard J. Codner, is
hereby authorized to attend the Training School for Highway Super-
intendents at Cornell- University in Ithaca, New York, on June 28th, 29th,
and 30th, 1965, and that the actual and necessary expenses at such

. attendance be and the same is a proper town- charge.

A letter was received and placed on .file from the Warren County Civil
Defense office on the matter of water shortage. A suggestion of using
equi ment from- the- Stock _Pile of -the State of--New York Af, and when
same is. necessary:
The clerk presented two applications of persons wishing to locate a
Mobile Home outside of a duly licensed Mobile Home Court.
The application of Amos Tracey was discussed at length by all members
of the Town Board.
Following discussion the board decided that the application should be
referred to the Building Inspector for an investigation and a report
before a public hearing will be arranged-.
The application of Stanley Robinson was presented by the clerk to
request permission to locate a mobile home outside of a duly licensed
Mobile Home court. At the request of the Town Board the application
of Stanley Robinson will be referred, to the Building Inspector.

WHEREAS, : Stanley Robinson ,of R.F,,D. ,#3 .Glens Fallst, New York, has .
made application in accordance with.'paragraph>2 (c) , Section #, of' -
an ordinance of the Towmof Queensbury entitled,ORDINANCE FOR THE
REGULATION OF MOBILE HOMES AND MOBILE HOME COURTS IN .THE TOWN OF
QUEENSBURY, WARREN COUNTY,NEW YORK, to locate a mobile home out-
side of a duly licensed mobile"home court at property situated on
Burch Road, directly across. from George Sumner, and
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined that said application complies
with the requirements of said ordinance, and -"
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined that the,:'facj:V.preiented in said
application are sufficient to justify further consideration by this
board, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that pursuant: to the provisions of the above mentioned
ordinance, the town board shall conduct a public hearing op said

Superintendent of Highways, Codner reported on bhe present status of
• thy effort for a town wide cleanup. A general discussion ensued on the
subject of stocking a supply of street signs for use in all parts of
the Town of Queensbury.

RESOLVED that the Audit of Claims as listed in Abstract # 65-5A,
numbered #531 only and totaling $2,000.00 is hereby approved.
