As to the remaining items on your review letter, we are currently working with Stored Tech on the new office layout and as soon as that has been completed we will provide a final floor plan detailing the layout as well as the details that will go along with that layout. We are currently under the belief that the current stair which leads from the second floor and exits through the current fire wall between the office space and what was formerly warehouse will likely be removed and this will be the area where the new second floor connects to the existing second floor. We will show all travel distances once the new layout has been determined but this layout will provide 2 means of egress from the totality of the second floor and the new stair leads directly to the exterior through the common rated vestibule.
