Transmittal .w-. _...__ _ �,.F To: John O'Brien—Town of Queensbury—Code Enforcement Office Craig Brown—Town of Queensbury—Zoning Administrator From: Ethan Hall Date: 11 October, 2018 Re: Havern Residence— 178 Farr Lane In response to review comments for the above referenced project location we have made the following revisions to drawings A-1, A-3 &A-4 and two copies of these revised drawings are attached. • Basement egress window has been noted on the foundation plan and details added. • Exterior landing with steps to patio have been added at the patio door in the new sleeping area. • Fire separation note has been added for the area between the new addition and the existing garage space. • Attic access panel has been located. • Crawl space slab has been clarified to be even with existing exterior grade to allow for closer separation between crawl space and existing sewage disposal field. • Notes have been added to the plan per the direction of the zoning administrator regarding kitchen in the new addition. This note clarifies that there is not now nor will there be in the future a kitchen space in the new addition without an area variance being required for a two family residence. Additionally the Manual S & J and calculations for the HRV unit will be provided by the Mechanical contractor prior to issuance of the building permit.
