Test Facility` in connection with the G.E. 's Miss. Test Support Operation, Due to the uncertainty of the status & duration of this relocation I have delayed my resignation from the Town Board. There still remains some question of duration but in fairness to the Town and the Board, I feel that 'I should resign to allow appointment of a councilman who can take an active part.
