Supervisor Borgos-This meeting has been called primarily for
the purpose of requesting executive session to discuss
personnel matters .
RESOLUTION RE-APPOINTING MEMBER TO ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
RESOLUTION NO. 511 , 1989, Introduced by Mr . Ronald Montesi
who moved for its adoption, seconded by Mr. Stephen Burgos :
WHEREAS , Michael J . Muller ' s term on the Town of Queensiml y
Zoning Board of Appeals expires on September 14 , 19B9 , acid
WHEREAS , The Town Board of the Town of Queensbury has the
authority to re-appoint Michael J . Muller to another five
( 5) year term on said Board,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury
hereby re-appoints Michael J. Muller of Queensbury to serve
as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals , for a five ( 5 )
year term to commence immediately and to end on September
14, 1994 .
Duly adopted this 14th day of September, 1989 , by the
following vote :
Ayes : Mr . Montesi , Mrs . Monahan, Mr . Borgos
Noes : None
Absent :Mr. Kurosaka, Mrs . Potenza
