On August 12th a trailer, said to be about fifty feet in length, was parked on Lot No. 101 situate on Takundewide Lane and owned by Merle Patton and was still so parked this after- noon in apparent violation of the ordinance. In fact, in view of the requirements that any trailer not in a trailer court be no more than 25 feet from the street line or 10 feet from the rear -line, this trailer could not possibly be lawfully parked on Lot No. 101 which is not of sufficient depth to accommodate so large a trailer within `the spade limitation of the ordinance. 'Otyokwa, Inc. -is the owner of property adjoining Lot No. 101. My client trusts that you will take all necessary steps to enforce the ordinance with regard to this alleged violation.
