RESOLVED, that John O. Webster, Supervisor, be and he hereby is authorized
and directed to expmte; on behalf pf the Zown of Qamensbury,..a 4Sed con-
veying to Cale Development Compa y, Inc., the parcel of land described
in the agreemut,betwoon the Tom of Oseuabury and said Cale Development
Company, Inc., dated October 11, 1962, as amended.

The Supervisor presented the contra t agreement with the.x. 1. Chapman
Company to do tith the drilling of wells on the Ruh Pond sight of the
water supply for the proposed Qpeensbury Water District. The contract

Following completion of all details the deed was presented to the legal
representative of the Cale Development Gempany., Inc., who will construct
the proposed Montgomery Ward Store and Shopping Center.
