o Add "Indoor Storage" as an allowed use (Dennis MacElroy)
• Affordable Housing Strategy (Stuart Baker and EPR)
• The following committees will give progress reports:
o AWARE- Amending Waterfront Residential(Chair, Catherine Atherden)
o STRENT- Short Term Rentals (Chair, Jennifer Switzer)
o NO- Nuisance Ordinance (Chair, George Ferone)
• Sewer District Extension off Luzerne Road
• Executive Session: In accord with Article 7, 105, f. the employment history of particular
employees
