TAMMIE LANDERS TO CARRY OVER UNUSED VACATION TIME

WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION

WHEREAS, Town of Queensbury's 2nd Deputy Tax Receiver Tammie Landers has
accumulated two (2) days of vacation time that she will be unable to use before December 31', 2018
and has therefore requested Town Board approval to carry over such vacation time beyond December
3Is, 2018, and
WHEREAS, the Town Clerk/Receiver of Taxes and Assessments recommends approval of
such request, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to approve such request with the understanding that such
approval shall not be considered as a precedent for approval of any future requests,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby authorizes Tammie Landers to carry
over two (2) days of vacation time beyond December 31st, 2018, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or Town
Budget Officer to take any actions necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
