RESOLUTION CALLING FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION
RESOLUTION NO.__614, 1989, Introduced by Mr . George Kurosaka
who moved forits adoption, seconded by Mrs . Marilyn
Potenza:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury
hereby moves into Executive Session to discuss litigation.
Duly adopted this 26th day of October, 1989 by the following
vote :
Ayes : Mr. Kurosaka, Mrs . Potenza, Mrs . Monahan, Mr. Borgos
Noes : None

RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby moves back into Regular
Session.
Duly adopted this 26th day of October, 1989, by the

Absent: Mr. Montesi
Discussion held on West Mt . SEQRA Finding revisions-it was
agreed by the Town Board that the Attorney contact West Mt .
and notify them that this is incomplete in that it does not
have the attached contracts . . .both attorneys, Town and West
Mt. are to review the completed document before it comes
before the Board.
RESOLUTION CALLING FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION AT END OF WORKSHOP
RESOLUTION NO. 616, 1989, Introduced by Mrs . Marilyn Potenza
who moved for its adoption, seconded by Mrs . Betty Monahan:
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury here
by moves into executive session after the workshop session
to discuss personnel matters related to performance and
salaries of specific individuals .
Duly adopted this 26th day of October, 1989, by the

hereby moves back into Regular Session.
