Frank Morgan was present and discussed with the Board a development which he is laying out and proposed streets therein.. Mr. Akins reported that he had A letter from the Plibrico Sales & Service which confirmed an appointment with the Town Board for Thurs- day evening January 26th at 7:30 P.M. which reads: January 10, 1961 F Mr. H. At this point in the meeting Meredith -Bently entered and took part in the procedings r The Board generally discussed population of the town and assessments in relation to other towns and the City of Glens Falls in the County Warren, Justice Akins reported that he had inspected the pit in which the water pump for the North Glens Falls Water District is installed and reported that it is in good working order and that Mr. Codner is going to anchor the pump and clean out the man hole. 1_!4 � The Town Superintendent of the Town of Queensbury who was present stated that he had discussed the status of the Saunders Road with the County Attorney and that the County Attorney had advised him that where a town had worked a highway for 15 years that such highway became a town road and could be opened to a three road width. However, he stated that the Saunders Road had nottbeen worked for 15 years. .It was reported that Harry Stewart had orally requested that he desired to develop the back area of land owned by him of the West Moultin Road and by putting roads therein it was , felt/ that if the roads are brought to a grade as required by the town, the town would accept such roads upon approvalaf the Town Superintendent.
