SUPERVISOR BOR COS-Called meeting to order requested executive session.
RESOLUTION CALLING FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION
RESOLUTION NO. 97, Introduced by Mrs. Betty Monahan who moved for its adoption, seconded
by Mrs. Marilyn Potenza:
RESOL VED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby moves into executive
session to discuss litigation Birnbaum, Victory Markets.
Duly adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Mrs. Potenza, Mr. Montesi, Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Borgos
Noes: None
Absent: Mr. Kurosaka
SUPERVISOR BORGOS-In executive session our Attorney will notify us of the status of the
situation so we may be more responsive to the public.
EXECUTIVE SESSION HELD
SUPERVISOR BOR COS-We have discussed in substantial detail the situation related to the
Victory Markets. We have been informed that Director of Building Codes Enforcement, Mr.
Hatin, has visited the market this afternoon and had lifted the stop work order, and we further
inform you that there will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals tonight at 7:30 P.M.
to hear arguments in this case.
