A discussion was had respecting the supplying of water.
At this Point in the meeting Harold Akins, Justice of the Peace entered
and took part in the proceedings. Also at this point in the meeting,
Leon Nassivera, assessor for the Town of Queensbury, entered.
A discussion was had respecting garbage disposal. The matter was referred
to Mr. Akins as a committee to get the cost of incinerators.
Bernard Codner, Town Superintendent, who was present reported that the
pump for the pumping station in the West Glens Falls Water District is
all together.
A discussion was had respecting changing of the name of certain streets.

Town at the hearing respecting equalization rates. --
Resolution No. 91 introduced by Justice Akins, seconded by Councilman
Miller:
RESOLVED that the Supervisor be and is hereby authorized and
directed to retain Richard Bartlett, attorney, to appear and represent
the Town of Queensbury at the hearing on equalization rates to be held
in Albany on July 13, 1960.
