Akins , J.P., The various Town Officers submitted their books ,, documents ,. vouchers, to the Board for examination. The Board proceeded to examine the records of such,various officers. 83 ResolutioniNo. 152 introduced by Justice Akins , seconded by Justice Bentley: RESOLVED that the Supervisor be and is hereby authorized and directed .to transfer from the bond and interest account the sum of $4,617.20 to the Genera Towm Fund for the purpose of reimbursbment to the General Town Fund oneys expended therefrom 'for the construction of the Toren storehouse, or which bonds have been issued. FURTHER RESOLVED that the Supervisor be and is hereby authorized and, directed to transfer from the contingent fund of the General Town fund the sum. of $1,456.21 to the storehouse construction fund of the general Town Fund Duly adopted bylthe following vote : Ayes -- Mr. Miller, Mr. Bentley, Mr. Lampson, Mr. Akins and Mr. Harris Noes - none Zosobation No. 153 introduced by Mr.. Miller seconded by Mr. Akins : ,IH'REAS, Under the provisions of Section 264 of the Town Law it provides that before any Zoning Ordinance or Amendment thereof becomes effective there must be ' 1. Published the Ordinance or Amendment in the Official Newspaper as designated by the Town Board., 2. Posted the Ordinance and map on the Bulletin Board used by the Town Clerk for such purposes , 3. Filed an affidavit of such publications and posting with the Town Clerk, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVM, That the Town Clerk be and ,:he is hereby directed to proceed with 'the requirements of Section 264 of the Town Law and to report to this Board upon compliance with the terms of said. Section as aforesaid.. Duly adopted by the following vote : Ayes - Mr. Miller, Mr. Bentley, Mr. Lampson, Mr. Akins and Mr. Harris Noes - none The Board completed its examination of the records and other documents relating to the various Town officers. Resolution No. 154 introduced by Justice Bentley, seconded by Council- man Lampson: WHEREAS the Supervisor, Justices of the Peace, Superintendent of Highways and Town Clerk have presented to the Town Board dockets , cancelled checks , books, vouchers ,, minute books and other records for examination and audit by the Board, RESOLVED that after such examination of such dockets, books, vouchers, checks , minute books so presented ,; the Board finds that such books and records have been accurately kept and that all moneys coming into the hands of the several Officers of the "Town have been properly accounted for and paid out according to law.
