It was suggested that a description. and a deed j conveying the land for highway purposes be obtained so that there would be a permanent record. Mr. Griffln requesteo that the Country Club Road be fixed He stated the road 'was in bad condition. Zrr. Griffin exhibited to the.( members of the Board photographs of some conditions existing there. March. 15, 1955 ' Town Board Town of Queensbury Gentlemen: During the course of the school year we have been asked by the local school district to have a fireman on duty at all school ,functlans such as basketball games ,. dances , and etc. Please understand that we arq not on police duty but are there to prevent smoking and to keep the exits clear and to help evacuate the building should a. fire occur.
