Russell Harris Supervisor Harold Akins Justice of the Peace Curtis Lampson Councilman Raymond- Walkup Councilman Meredith Bentley - Absent Justice of the Peace The board convened at 7:30 P.M. Richard Bartlett„ Attorneys, representing Royden Scofield, appeared and dis- cussed with the Board the proposed widening of the "T" Hill Road. He stated that Mr. Scofield was willing to convey a portion to the Town for widening of the road upon receipt of a "fair's consideration for it. He also wanted the line fixed. Resolution No. 84 introduced by Justice Akins seconded by Councilman Walkup: RESOLVED that all the lands conveyed in a deed from Wi1_liam. McDowell and Harriet McDowell to the Torn of Queensbury, dated June 9th,. 1955, for highway purposes be and the same are hereby accepted for such purpose su)D- ject however to the approval of the County Attorney as to form and st fi- ciency of the instrument of conveyance. Duly adopted by the following vote :: Ayes - Mr. Walkup.,, Mr. Lampson, Mr. - Akins and Mr. Harris Noes - none On motion. the me etin adjourned.
