Town of Queensbury, Warren County, New York, as follows: Section 1. That pursuant to the Local Finance Law of the State of New York,. the Town, of Queensbury, Warren Bounty, New York„ for the purpose of providing funds for _Item 3 of the highway fund of 1956, for which an in- sufficient appropriation was made in the Qn3.ual budget, shall issue and sell a budget note in the amount of $3,,500.00- to mature on the ist day of March Section 2. That., except qs*herein specifigally prescribed, said note shall be of the date, terms, form, contents and place of payment and at a rate of interest not exceeding:five per centum �erannvm as may be de- termined by the Supervisor,; consistent, however, witj the provisions of the Local Finance Law of the State o� New York, and sl4all be executed in the name of said Town by the Supervisor and the seal 9f the Town shall be at tacked theretoz Section 3.
