ment, and any other State agency to take immediate action to restrain
any individual from building, constructing or maintaining any structure

pursuant to the provisions of Section 142 of the Highway Laws,
Now, Therefore , Be It Rersolved that pursuant to Section-142 of
the Highway. Law, the Town . Superintendent of Highways is hereby author-
ized to purchase , in accordance with the provisions of Article 5-A
of the General Municipal Law, with the approval of the County Super-
intendant of Highways, the following:

Insurance Company regarding new regulations for Volunteer Firemen.
Please note that in order to have the coverage added it will be
necessary for a resolution to be drawn up by the Town Board and
this resolution must �be submitted in writing to us with the order
to have the coverage added before the endorsement can be issued.

This policy affords the mandatory coverage for volunteer firemen
required by the new Volunteer. Firemen' s Benefit Law which became
effective March 1, 1957.
Injury sustained by any volunteer fireman while engaged in, prac-
ticing for and participating as a contestant or official in a
tournament, contest of skill or public exhibition, including cover-
age. for necessary travel directly connected with such activities
is net mandatory. It is excluded from coverage. See Item 5, Ex -
elusion (g) of the .Volunteer Firemen' s Benefit Law Endorsement,
Form 10164%.NY 44. -This coverage is elective. Therefore , if the political subdivision
desires to purchase it, a resolution to this effect must be passed
and- it should specifically state that coverage is desired for in-
jury sustainer, by any volunteer fireman while engaged in, prac -
tieing for and participating as a contestant or official. in a
tournament, contest of skill or public exhibition, including c.ov-r
erage .f'or necessary travel directly connected with such activities.
Upon receipt of this resolution this policy will be endorsed to
afford this coverage at an additional premium charge of of the
premium applicable under Classification. 7713.

AGREEMENT FOR THE EXPENDITURE OF HIMAY MONEYS
Section. 284, Highway Law
AGREEMENT, made by and between Ernest Lackey, Town Superintendent
of the Town of Queens-bury, Warren County, New York', and the under-
signed members of the Town Board of such Town,
- WITNESSETH:
That pursuant to the .provisions of section 284 of the Highway
Law, it is agreed that the moneys levied and collected in such
Town for the repair and improvement of highways, and received from
the State for State aid for the repair and improvement of highways ,
shall be expended , as follows :
1: GENERAL REPAIRS. The sum of $74,,000.00 shall be set aside to
be, expended for primary work and general repairs upon 114 miles of 3
town highways, including sluices, culverts and bridges-, having a -�
span of less than five feet and boardwalks or the renewals thereofl
2. PERMANENT IMPROVEMENTS. The following sums shall be set aside
to be expended-for the permanent improvement of town highways:
A. On the road commencing at Carlton Dr. and leading to
Greerway North, a distance of 740 feet, there shall
be expended not over the sum of $925.00, for the fol-
lowing kind of improvement:. Stone and tar penetration.
B. On the road commencing at Hughes Court and leading to
Queensbur.y Place a distance of 370 ft. there shall be
expended not over the sum of $460.00 for the following
kind of improvement: Stone and tar penetration.
C. On the ro d commencing at Pershing Road -and leading to
BroadAcres Road, a distance of 1090 ft. there shall be
expended not over the sum of $1360.00 for the following
kind of improvement : Stone and Tar penetration.
D. Glendale Drive beginning at Route 9 for a distance of
420 feet there shall be expended ,the sum of $525.00
for stone and tar penetration.
E, windcrest Drive , beginning at Montray, Road for a `dist-
ance of 1275 feet there shall be expended the sum of
$1600.00 for stone and tar penetration.
F. Northup Drive beginning at Dixon Road for a distance of
1000 feet there shall be expended the sum of $1250 for

G. Bullard Ave . beginning at Dixon Road for a distance
_. of 400 feet, there shall be expended the sum- of $750.00
for stone and tar penetration.
H. Linden Ave. beginning at Dixon Road for a distance of
872 feet there shall be expended the sum of $1080 for
stone and, tar penetration. _
I. Caroline Street beginning at Fifth Street and running to
Knight Street for a distance of 700.. feet there shall be
expended the sum of $875.-00 for stone and tar penetration.
J. Fifth Street from Caroline Street to Richardson Street,
4 distance of 1200 feet, there shall be expended the sum
of $1500.00 for stone and tar penetration.
K. Reservoir Drive from the Old Forge Road through part of
Clark Street to Old Forge Road a distance of 1328 feet,
there shall be expended the sum of $1660.00 for stone
and tar penetration.
L. Pinewood Avenue , beginning at the Aviation Road for a dis-
tance of 714 feet there shall be expended the sum of $875.00
for stone and. tar penetration.

1450 feet there shall be expended the sum of $1500.00 for
stone and. tar penetration.
N. Seelye Road-relocation-there shall be expended the sum of

tance of 1165 feet, there shall be expended the sum of
$1:450.001, for stone and tar penetration.

Q. Sunnyside Rd..N. - relocation: - grade and fill only, there

pended the sum of $1000.00.
S. Potter Road from Aviation Road to Mountain Road a distance
of 1* miles there shall be expended the sum of $1190.00
for gravel and grading,
No moneys set aside for such permanent improvements shall be
expended, nor shall any work be undertaken on such improvements , until
the County Superintendent approves the plans, specifications and es-
timates for such construction.
This agreement shall take effect when it is approved by the
County Superintendent of Highways.
