WHEREAS Carl Kreiser has presented a Deed of lands to be used
as highway extension westerly from Hughes Court for a. distance of
930 feet,, .
RESOLVED that the Deed is accepted under condition that said
Carl J. Kreiser remove the trees and brush on the lands covered by
this Deed leaving such lands in condition for a highway,, -subject to
approval of Town Superintendent of Highways.

proximately 500 ft. of 60 cast imn pipe and needed fittings and also
cause: the same to be .installed Bn Lafayette St. from the end. of the
existing main northerly for a distance of approximately 50.0 feet.
