The Supervisor called the Public Hearing to order upon the application . requestixg the establishment of a.- water district in the development known as Shore Coloxy on Assembly Point. Respecting the matter,. the following -3 were present:. Harold G. Veeder, Dr. Price and Albert Beswick. The afftdavit of Publicati.ori of Notice of the` Public Hearing on the,.a.pplication was presented and. filed. .M - The affidavit of posting of notice: of hearing upon the appli. cation was presented: and filed. Mr.. Beswick stated he was a resident of the proposed affected area and stated he had no! objections to the formation of the district and in fact requested that the district be formed. No one appeared op-- posing the formation of the district and at the close of the discus- - sion the Supervisor declared the Public Hearing . closed. Resolution No. 71 introduced by Mr. Walkup and seconded by Mr. Bentley. WHEREAS, Harold G. Veeder, the owner of all of the real property in the area and development known as Shore Colony on Assembly Point in the Town of Queensbury, has proposed to dedicate lands for highway purposes which will be less than three rods in width and not less than ten feet in width and has rough graded the lends proposed to be - de seated for highway purposes, it is hereby L_. RESOLVED that the Town Superintendent of Highways be and he here-- by, is- authorized and directed to apply to the Superintendent of Public Works of the State of New )tork for a certificate approving the laying j out of town highways in Shore Colony on Assembly Point to be' less than three rods in width and more than ten feet in width, as shown on a map entitled "Map of the Shore Colony on Assembly Point, Town of Queens- ! bury, Warren County, New York", dated. June 12, 1957, made by Leslie W. Coulter, licensed surveyor-and filed in the office of the Warren County Clerk.
