The Supervisor called the Public Hearing to order upon the application .
requestixg the establishment of a.- water district in the development known
as Shore Coloxy on Assembly Point. Respecting the matter,. the following

The affidavit of posting of notice: of hearing upon the appli.
cation was presented: and filed.
Mr.. Beswick stated he was a resident of the proposed affected area
and stated he had no! objections to the formation of the district and
in fact requested that the district be formed. No one appeared op--
posing the formation of the district and at the close of the discus-
- sion the Supervisor declared the Public Hearing . closed. Thereupon,
the members of the Town Board: signed an order of which the following

.1 petition in this matter for the establishment of a water dis-
trict on Assembly Point in the Town of Queensbury, Warren County, New
York, having duly presented to and filed with the Town Board, together
with the necessary map and plan attached thereto,, and aR order having
been duly adopted by the Town Board on the 27th day of *Tuly, ;1957,
for a public hearing of all persons interested in the matter on the
lgth day of August, 11957, at 7:30 o'clock p:.M.. (D.S.T.) at the Town.
Clerk' s Office on Ridge. Road in the Town of Queensbury, -and a hearing
by the Town Board having been duly held. at such time and place ,.- and it
having been determined following slzch hearing that the petition herein
was signed and. acknowledged as required by law and otherwise suffi-.
dent, that all the property and property owners within the proposed
district will be benefitted thereby, that all property and property
owners benefitted are included. within the limits of the proposed
district, .and that it is in the public interest to grant in whole the
relief' sought, and it further appearing, that the entire cost of the
improvements to be made in the proposed district will be paid by
Harold G. Veeder, the owner of all property within the proposed dis-
trict and that no public funds or financing will be required and there-
fore the permission of the State Comptroller for the establishment of
the proposed district will not be required, it is hereby
ORDERED that a water district be and the same hereby is- estab-
lisped in- the Town of Queensbury, Warren County, New York, to be
designated as the Shore Colony Water District of the Town of queens-

Resolution No. 71 introduced by Mr. Walkup and seconded by Mr. Bentley.
WHEREAS, Harold G. Veeder, the owner of all of the real property
in the area and development known as Shore Colony on Assembly Point
in the Town of Queensbury, has proposed to dedicate lands for highway
purposes which will be less than three rods in width and not less
than ten feet in width and has rough graded the lends proposed to be
- de seated for highway purposes, it is hereby
L_. RESOLVED that the Town Superintendent of Highways be and he here--
by, is- authorized and directed to apply to the Superintendent of Public
Works of the State of New )tork for a certificate approving the laying
j out of town highways in Shore Colony on Assembly Point to be' less than
three rods in width and more than ten feet in width, as shown on a
map entitled "Map of the Shore Colony on Assembly Point, Town of Queens-
! bury, Warren County, New York", dated. June 12, 1957, made by Leslie
W. Coulter, licensed surveyor-and filed in the office of the Warren
County Clerk.
The foregoing resolution was duly put to a vote which resulted
