Dear Mr. Orlando:
During a follow-up site plan inspection of your project on February 24,
2005, the following deficiencies were discovered. However, the permanent
CO will be issued with the condition the deficiency be corrected once the
weather permits (which you verbally agreed to on February 24, 2005):
1) The pedestrian crosswalk northwest of the northwest corner of the
mall, which was slightly modified and deemed to be sufficient in
December of 2004 needs to be redone due to the paint wearing off
and, the proposed "STOP" bar needs to be painted on the pavement
as proposed, and its associated "STOP" sign needs to be turned to
face east as proposed. Also, the approved "STOP" sign previously
observed on the west side of the ring road northwest of the crosswalk
island, which was observed changed to a pedestrian crosswalk
symbol sign in December of 2004, will be allowed to remain per the
Zoning Administrator's approval.
Should you have any questions or comments pleasE I contact this office.
Sincerely yours,
