I I have paid -taxes in the Town of Queensbury continuously since 1926. Daring that time I have had severgl pieces of property,_in my own name and some in which my name does not appear. At the time of my election and taking office I did not appear on the assessment roll as a taxpayer. I did not realize that fact until some time- after I had taken office`. , I { I immediately corrected this condition and am now a taxpayer of record. I: feel that the technicality of not qualifying at the time of my 1 election. may embarrass the Board and so I now submit my resignation from the office of Councilman off. the Town of Queensbury so that this tech- nical position may be rectified..
