Specific to the Gardner-Lewis design,the proposed house is approximately 100 sf smaller than the Roberts house and the driveway is the same size. Also, a rain garden along the driveway was added as was an additional stormwater retention chamber to manage house runoff. We ran Hydrocad software on the Roberts design,when that was submitted 4 years ago, and the 345 cf retention volume worked fine to meet Town standards (reference TDE sign off). The Gardner-Lewis design is in the same footprint with a slightly smaller house and 25%more retention volume provided.
