conversations between you and Laura Moore of my office.
Upon my review I find that your proposal will inquire an Area Variance and Site Plan Review
prior to the cornmencement of the project. Specifically, an Area Variance is required as your plan
offers the construction. of a porch and upper story deck that wil I not meet the minimum shomline
setback requirements. Site Plan Revieew is required for the expansion of a non-conforming
structure within a Critical Environmental Area-
