WHEREAS, in accordance with New York State Town Law §64(2), the Queensbury Town
Board may authorize the disposal or sale of items which are no longer needed by the Town or
obsolete, and
WHEREAS, the following is the list of surplus, obsolete computers which have been taken
out of service and are scheduled to be destroyed by StoredTech, the Town's provider of
information technology services:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves of the disposal/destruction
of certain surplus computers that are no longer needed by the Town or obsolete as follows:

and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor,
Town Budget Officer, StoredTech and/or Purchasing Agent to take such further actions as may be
necessary to effectuate the terms of this Resolution.
