QUEENSBURY AND NATIONAL BUSINESS EQUIPMENT

WHEREAS, by Resolution No.: 69.2015, the Queensbury Town Board authorized a Lease
Agreement between the Town of Queensbury and National Business Equipment for certain
equipment/multifunctional devices (printers/copiers/scanners/fax machines), and
WHEREAS, National Business Equipment has recommended that the Town upgrade two
devices covered by the Lease now with the balance of the equipment to be replaced in the 2nd quarter
of 2019, which will allow equipment to be repurposed resulting in reduced printing costs and increased
productivity, and
WHEREAS, quotes dated November 27 b, 2018 for two Kyocera Mita replacement devices
are presented at this meeting,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves and authorizes the upgrade
and replacement of equipment covered by the Lease Agreement between the Town of Queensbury and
National Business Equipment in accordance with the quotes dated November 27d', 2018 for two
Kyocera Mita replacement devices substantially in the form presented at this meeting, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor to
execute any necessary documentation and authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor and/or Town
Budget Officer to take such other and further action necessary to effectuate the terms of this
Resolution.
