NOTICE Notice is hereby given tkndk in compliances with section 142 of the Highway Law as amended by .Chapter 731 of the Laws of 1945 Ernest Lackey, superintendent of Highways of the Town of •Queensbury Warren County, N.Y., has recpmmended the purchase of of the following equipment ; 1- 4 wheel drive truck, cab and chassis only of at least 5 ton L11 capacity. 11so 1 "V" type snow plow with full hydraulic power controls, 12 foot wii3gs at a cost to exceed five hundred dollars.
