Minutes of meeting July 27th and August 17th read and approved Resolution No 51 Introduced by Justice Sleight, seconded by Justice Bentley WHEREAS Katherine C Harris, by deed dated August 17th, 1946 has offered to the Town of Queensbury premises therein described and known therein as Katherine Street exetnding from Quarry Crossing R64d to Belle Ave. , and being a strip of land 50 feet wide for highway purposes. Therefore be it resolved the Town of Queensbury hereby accepts said strip of land as described therein as a public hinghway. P rther resolved that said strip of land which is hereby accepted as pu' a public highway be and the same is hereby know ; as designated as Katherine street . Further resolved that the acceptance of the above strip of land for highway purposes be and the same is hereby subject tothe approval of the County attorney as to form , title and manner if execution. .
