Plans, drawings and specifications for the installation are on file- at the office of Ernest L•H. ' Further resolved that the Clerk be and is hereby authorized andd-irec'ted to return to the said Adirondack Construction Company certifed 'check in the sum of Seven Hundred Dollars representing guaranty enclosed with said bid.
