Russell Harris Supervisor Henry Sleight Justice of the Peace Meredith Bentley Justice of the Peace Curtis Lampson Councilman Raymond Walkup Councilman The Board convened at 7 :30 Meeting held pursuant to resolution #40 adopted June 11th, 1948 The notice ,of hearing ,pi4blished pursuant to section 142 of the Highway Law was read to the Board, calling for a hearing upon the recommen - dation of the Supt. of ,Highways for the purchase of Highway machinery exceeding the cost of 4500. No one appeared opposing the purchase of said equipment. The Board then took up the matter of the bids which were called for pursuant to machinery adopted . purchase of machinery adopted: ion #4 introduced by Justice Bentley, seconded by Justice l�t: WHEREAS an error was made in the notice of advertisement for the purchase by the Town of two trucks , Therefore, be it RESOLVED that the Board return all bids as submitted unopened and further, The Clerk is hereby directed to return such bids. Duly adopted by the following vote: Ayes - Mr. Walkup, Mr. Bentley, Mr. Lampson, Mr., Sleight and Mr. Harris.
