and when duly approved by the County Superintendent of Highways , it

WHEREAS Burr M. Stark as agent for Joseph Brendese, has pre -
sented a claim in the amount of X2003.10 for laying a water main

RESOLVED that siad board retain 10� from said claim to be
paid by the Town upon final acceptance of said work and that said

as the Pine View 'Cemetery property and by Chap. 814 of the-Laws of
1948 said town board is authorized to appoint a cemetery commission, and
WHEREAS said town board has appointed such cemetery commission and
said commissioners are duly organized and are now operating said
cemetery pursuant to said lawf and
17BEREAS it is necessary to purchase a truck for use in operat-
ing and maintaining said cemetery, and
WHEREAS the town board has purchased an International 1938
truck, D 30, Engine #232-36300 for the sum of Five Hundred Fifty
Dollars ($550.00) , and
WHEREAS there is not sufficient funds in the treasury for
the payment of said truck and it is necessary to borrow on the faith
and credit of the Town of Queensbury said sum for t.4e purpose of
paying the purchase price of said truck,
RESOLVED
1. That the Town of Queensbury issue its serial bond in the
amount of $550.00 to finance the purchase price of sal-7 truck.
