Daley 39 Main Street Queensbury,NY 12804 Re: Signs 39 Main Street Tax Map Parcel: 309.10-2-17 Dear Mr. Daley: I am writing you in response to my review of t e sign proposal and plans that your sign contractor submitted to this office relative to thelabove-referenced property. i I have reviewed the plans and find that the proposed will require a Sign Variance from our Zoning Board of Appeals and Site P1 n Review from our Planning Board. Specifically, a Sign Variance is required as your proposal calls for installation of a sign that would not meet the minimum property line setback per the Town Sign Ordinance. Site Plan Review is required for all individual signs within the Main Street zoning district.
