Rased on the findings from our site •u� it appears that the EWEN OSP units were installed directly on rock ledge and that the units were actually.'f •• We exposed the GSF units and it was apparent that the units operated under anaerobic cond tions, Sludge formed between the sections of plastic/fabric layers clogging the units and causing their ultlatnete failure- Om proposal to renovate the system is to: !i • Remove all the ELJEN OSF'units and pressure wash them back to a like new condilon. Those, which are or become damage!.,will be replaced. • Place additional.ill over top of the rock ledge elevating the system 2,5 feet above 4 existing rock ledge. • Replace the GSF units in the same configuration while adding a new section withi origins150% replacement area.
