WHEREAS, the Queensbury Town Board wishes to approve two (2) audits of bills

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves the Warrants with run

dates of December 21, 2018 and January 3, 2019 and payment dates of December 21, 2018 and

January 8, 2019 totaling $25,098.97 and $2,249,153.31, respectively, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the Town Board further authorizes and directs the Town Supervisor
and/or Town Budget Officer to take such other and further action as may be necessary to effectuate
the terms of this Resolution.
