4.01 Geographis Information System (GIS)
Larry Spraker with Applied GIS, Inc., Executive Director, Jim Martin and Assessor, Helen Otte spoke to
the board regarding the GIS System for their different departments. Town Board held discussion,
questioned whether it was considered professional services and if not, whether the town would need go out
to bid... Town Counsel to research and get back to the board.
4.02 Generic Approval Process
Executive Director, Mr. Martin and Code Compliance Officer, John Goralski reviewed with the board the
proposed Generic Approval Process for industrial sites throughout the town ... Town Board held discussion,
agreed to move forward and entertain resolution at next Monday night's regular board meeting.
4.03 Motorcycles
(Residents of Sunnyside & Tom McDermott, owner of property in question were present)
Executive Director, Mr. Martin and Code Compliance Officer, Mr. Goralski gave an update regarding the
McDermott's motorcycle situation on Sunnyside Road... recommending to the board a form of mediation
between the two parties and suggested that they would meet with both parties, come up with an agreement
of some kind to resolve the issue... will schedule meetings with representatives from both sides within the
next two weeks and get back to the board by next workshop.
4.04 Comprehensive Land Use Committee Candidate
Town Board held discussion regarding an opening on the Comprehensive Land Use Committee...
concerned there's six months left and the person would be doing a lot of catchup... Executive Director, Mr.
Martin recommended appointing the candidate.

RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby adjourns from Regular
Session and enters Executive Session to discuss a personnel matter.
