Please be advised that our firm represents Ronald Enaczyk, the owner and applicant of
the above-mentioned property. The Applicant is seeking Zoning Board Approval for a
variance for a small addition to the existing building. The variance is for setback and
floor area ratio waivers.
We would ask that you please place this on your next agenda. In addition, we request the
meeting be held on the 27th of March so all parties can attend. We have enclosed the
Variance Application, survey, plans, deed, denial letter, neighbor endorsement email, and
