RE: Glennings Residence, 5 Duncan Cove
In response to a question regarding removal of interior walls at the above referenced
address. After a careful review of the existing conditions it is my opinion that the interior
walls proposed to be removed are not load-bearing. However, if during the demolition
process it is found that the walls are load-bearing then I will re-evaluate the existing
structural conditions, size appropriate structural members and submit them for approval
by the Queensbury Building Department.

RE: 5 DUNCAN COVE HOLDING TANK CERTIFICATION
Dear Mr.Taber, Mr. Glenning and Mrs.Glenning,
Please accept this letter as an acknowledgement that Lansing Engineering has been retained by your parties to
perform the inspection and certification of the holding tank system at the residence located at 5 Duncan Cove,
Queensbury, NY 12804.The following outlines our schedule for the work:
1. The holding tank system is proposed to be inspected on or before 5/1/19.
2. The system inspection requires that the holding tank be pumped out. We will coordinate our inspection
schedule with the schedule of the pumping contractor coordinated by and provided by
Shrader/Glenning.
3. Within 5 business days of the inspection Lansing Engineering will issue a letter outlining the inspection
observations and certification of the system.
