Subject: Corinth Road Stewarts Project -Lighting
Board members,
During review of the Lighting Plan for Stewart’s we found there was an existing lighting plan that I took
as the proposed indicating they had reduced the lighting to be consistent with the guidance. However,
the applicant still proposes the lighting fixtures under the Canopy to be 22.63 and the site foot candle to
be 2.43 as the plan in the packets indicate proposed lighting. Please note the Board should have
further discussion at the meeting in regards to lighting –included is the reference to the lighting in the
area and recent site plans.
Stewart’s SitePlan30-2017 (Route 149) Fuel Canopy was14.04 footcandle average. Fast Trac
FuelSP41- 2018Fuelcanopy (7,752sqft) footcandle average is33.37andthediesel canopy
(1,938sqft) is27foot candles approved as modification in 2018.
