Dear Mr. Duell:
The Village of Lake George has a 2004 Elgin Pelican rear-wheel steer sweeper that has been declared
"surplus" and is available for sale as is. The hours on the machine are 1,200,and it will need some
minor repair as it has a brake issue.
The Village of Lake George is in agreement to sell the sweeper to the Town of Queensbury for
$15,000.00. The Village of Lake George,as part of its budgeting process, was anticipating the sale and
subsequent revenue to be received after June 1st. If the Town of Queensbury is in agreement to
purchase the sweeper, please confirm to me and make payment during the month of June.
Sincere) - f
David Harrington
