We have found the exterior of the studs to
be 11puri l and will not hold a nail. We also found
I 1 no support under these walls. We will Install a 6x6PT under 1 I
decking and a 6x6PT on topof decking. We will Install new
PT decking on dock outside walls. We will remove two layers
of siding, one vinyl, one 3/4" novelty. Install I layer of 1/2" CDXIr
I 1 stucco drain Tyvek and new siding and trim. Owner has asked us 1
1 to Install new diagonal bracing in new walls in areas where It was: 1
before.
