CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS - EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES
Town Board held discussion with officers of Bay Ridge Rescue Squad, West Glens Falls Rescue Squad and
North Queensbury Rescue Squad regarding proposed contract negotiations and the following subjects were
discussed:
Contract language (to read the same for all three squads)
Contract payment schedule (one payment versus two payment system)
Financial Statement (accountability of donations fund - provide new language in the contract to protect
their donation funds)
Revenue Recovery (language removed from contract at this time)
** Town Board agreed to schedule workshop for Thursday, March 2nd, 6:00 P.M. to discuss Revenue

Vehicle replacement fund (Correction in Bay Ridge)
Officer's transportation
Fuel
West Glens Falls (outgrown size of building, legal fees, accounting fees, medical equipment)
North Queensbury (education, accounting fees, 1995 Medic car)
Bay Ridge (monies owed to their vehicle replacement fund from previous budgets)
Workmen's Compensation Insurance
Town Board agreed to continue discussions...
No action taken.
