RESOLUTION CALLING FOR EXECUTIVE SESSION

RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby adjourns from Regular
Session and enters Executive Session to discuss contracts.

Session and enters Regular Session of the Town Board.

Mr. Henry Hess, Comptroller distributed and reviewed draft contracts for Fire and EMS noting the changes
previously discussed with the board. Town Board held discussion, agreed with changes except for the issue
regarding the amount of percentages in relation to the payments, the board agreed to hold until having met
with the other three fire companies. . .
Mr. Hess, Comptroller distributed and reviewed documents regarding Bill for Service involving the
Emergency Medical Services... board held discussion, no decision made but agreed to continue discussions
at a workshop session with the EMS squads.
No further action taken.
On motion, the meeting was adjourned.
