SECTION 1 . No person shall operate a truck, commercial
vehicle, tractor, tractor-trailer combination, and/or truck
in e-Xcess of five tons upon and over that portion of the town
road described as Meadowbrook Road between Quaker Road on the
north and Ridge Road on the south.
SECTION 2 . The foregoing exclusion shall not be deemed
or construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise
or other property along the aforesaid portion of Meadowbrook
Road.
SECTION 3 . A violation of this Local Law shall
constitute an offense and shall be punishable by a fine of
not more than $25 .00.
SECTION 4 . Effective Date: This Local Law shall take
effect immediately upon filing thereof in the office of the
Secretary of State .
