No person shall be entitled to vote in any special election ,held in and for the Town of Queensbury pursuant to the provisions of the Town Law unless he or she shall be registered to vote with the Warren County Board of Elections, and such registration shall-. have been filed with the Warren County Board of Elections not less than thirty (30) days prior to the date of such special election. SECTION 2 .
